At CrossCity Christian Preschool, we believe that each child deserves to grow and learn at his or her own pace. We are here to partner with parents in molding positive and Godly impressions on children at a very early age. Our responsibility is to provide the tools and the environment that will give them every opportunity to develop to their greatest potential in preparation for Kindergarten.

CrossCity Christian Early Education Center is open to children between 3 years of age (by December 1st) and 6 years of age. The child must be toilet trained. Children with special needs will be admitted on an individual basis with due consideration to the program offered and the needs of the child. No child will be excluded on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or ancestry.

Enrollment is completed when the following criteria have been met:
1. Pre-Registration ($75) paid
2. Licensing papers completed
3. Immunizations up to date
4. Physical exam completed

The educational philosophy adopted by the CrossCity Christian Early Education Center is based on the God-centered worldview that God’s law, principles, ethics and standards are absolute truth, that the Bible is the inspired Word of God (II Timothy 3:16-17), and that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Creator and Sustainer of all things (Colossians 1:15-19). These beliefs guide the focus of the CrossCity Christian Early Education Center.

1. Our educational philosophy is based on Biblical truth. Our curriculum is theme based. Bible/spiritual emphasis is integrated into every area of our daily activities.

2. All children grow at different rates and have different learning styles.

3. Activities done in the classroom must have a balance between teacher-directed and child-centered or structured or unstructured.

4. Children learn best when they are playing (discovery/hands- on).

5. Many skills that help make children successful at formal education must be formally taught (letters, Names, etc.)
